The MCAH help desk is available to answer any questions you may have about the HMIS Learning Center website, Community Services, or any other HMIS-related topic. Before contacting the MCAH help desk, you may want to review the Common Help Desk Requests page as it may be able to answer your question without the need to submit a ticket.
Please note that it is very important that you do not include any personally-identifiable client information in help desk emails. This includes names, initials, Social Security Numbers, dates of birth, and any demographic data. Most of the time you can convey your message using just client ID numbers, however if this is not possible we recommend calling us at (517) 485-6536 to discuss the issue over the phone.
