Required Courses Checklist
This is a page you can use for reference regarding which courses you will be required to take in the HMIS Certification Center in order to gain access to the HMIS. Please note that these are just the requirements set in place by MCAH. You should always check with your Agency Administrator, Local System Administrator, or direct supervisor for any additional local requirements.

The course is required for all users in this role, and also requires annual recertification.
The course is only applicable to some agencies, communities, or projects. If the course applies to the work you do, it is required. Otherwise it is optional. Check with your Agency Admin, Local System Admin, or direct supervisor if you are unsure.
If this course is required based on the work you do, you must also complete an annual recertification.
The course is not required for users in this role. Taking it is optional.

The tabs below each correspond to a different user role within the HMIS. Each tab contains a description of the role as well as a list of which courses are required, which may be required depending on your agency or Continuum of Care/Local Planning Body, and which are not required/optional.
End Users
